One of the cases she solved that stands out is the case of Susan Wright who was accused of stabbing her husband 193 times and claimed that it was self-defense.
In order to prove to the Jury that Susan Wright murdered her husband, Siegler brought a bed to the courthouse and demonstrated the whole murder scene to the Jury. Susan was found guilty and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
