Troy Gentile (Troy Francis Farshi) is an American actor. He is best known for his character as Mark in Hotel for Dogs and Barry Golberg on the comedy series The Goldbergs.
He is also known for playing young versions of Jack Black’s role in Nacho Libre and Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny. Gentile made his first screen appearance in the sports comedy film Bad News Bears, where he portrayed Matthew Hooper. The role earned him a Young Artist Award.
