A native of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, Len Kasper is an American radio play-by-play announcer for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball on ESPN 1000.

He previously worked alongside color analyst Jim Deshaies on Cubs telecasts.

Kasper attended Shepherd High School. After graduating from high school he joined Marquette University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in public relations in 1993.
