Melissa Gorga is an American Tv Personality, singer, author, designer, and businesswoman who is best known for starring in Season 11 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey which premiered on February 17 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. She joined the show in its third season.
Melissa has also pursued a music career. On August 13, 2011, her single “On Display” was released on iTunes. As of July 5, 2012, Melissa has released two additional singles on iTunes: “How Many Times”, released April 29, 2012, and “Rockstar”, released June 10, 2012. In September 2012, her fourth single, “I Just Wanna”, was released. In January 2016, she told E! News she wouldn’t be continuing her music career, but expressed interest in returning to music in the future.
Known for having an eye for style, Melissa successfully launched her own clothing boutique Envy by Melissa Gorga in Montclair, NJ, and online retail store EnvybyMG.com. Never afraid to take on a new challenge, she has learned to balance family, friendships, and career, while staying true to her own personal style.
In May 2017, the Melissas opened a restaurant in East Hanover, New Jersey with Teresa Giudice named Gorga’s Homemade Pasta and Pizza. In January 2018, it was closed in search of larger space and new management.
