In 219, Jeffress received a Gold Medal for FIBA Americas U16 Championship, participated in the USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team October minicamp, and took part in the 2019 USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team July minicamp.
He is a member of the 2019 USA U16 National Team that compiled a 6-0 record en route to the gold medal in Belém, Brazil. Also, he participated in the 2019 USA Junior National Team April minicamp at the men’s Final Four in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In October 2018, he took part in the USA Junior National Team minicamp in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
