Terrence Clarke Biography

A native of Boston, Terrence Clarke was an American college basketball player for the Kentucky Wildcats of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).

Clarke was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the best shooting guards in the 2020 class. He graduated from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire where he finished his high school career.

Clarke announced his commitment to the University of Kentucky on September 14, 2019. He had other offers from Boston College, Duke, Memphis, Texas Tech, and UCLA. That very same day, Terrence also announced that he was reclassifying to the class of 2020.

Terrence Clarke College Career

Clarke made his college debut on November 25, 2020, where he posted 12 points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals in an 81–45 win over Morehead State.

Clarke died on April 22, 2021, at the age of 19 years in Los Angeles, California. It is being reported that he died in a crash.

According to wkyt.com, the Valley Traffic Division of Los Angeles Police confirmed that the accident happened at 2:10 Pacific Time on Winnetka Avenue.

According to the LAPD, Terrence was traveling at a high speed when he ran a red light, hitting another car turning left, and eventually hitting a pole and block wall.
