He also has another brother named Jonathan, the youngest of the three. Jonathan attended the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where he graduated in 2013. He would later go on to train in orthodontics and craniofacial development at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Nevada.

After his divorce, Shouhed tried to date again. At first, he tried to date Dr. Mona Vand but later found that they had many differences. He later began dating a 25-year-old woman named Morgan who he had met at the gym.
