Prior to joining WKRN News 2, she previously worked at WJCL ABC in Savannah, Georgia as a freelance meteorologist.
Mays graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Geography. She later went ahead and received her r master’s degree from Georgia Tech where she studied Cold Air Outbreaks and the Arctic Oscillation.
