Fred was diagnosed with Coronavirus in March and he even asked his followers to keep him in their prayers on his Instagram account.
His wife Jemmott continued to update his fans on the state of his condition all this time while Fred was in the hospital. On April 6, Fred was placed on a ventilator and his wife revealed that he was not doing so well.
On April 10, 2020, his wife expressed positivity during an interview with XXL Magazine saying that Fred was going to make. Later on April 21st, she echoed her earlier sentiments on Instagram saying ” “Fred is fighting ant he is going to win.”
However, on April 23, 2020, Fred The Godson lost his battle to COVID-19. News of his death was confirmed by his friend DJ Self.
