Gabriela began singing at the age of five years. She would sing at church and even at school, with her father as her mentor on her musical journey.

During the Hollywood Round, Gabriela was shown in the “Pop” category of the Genre Challenge, alongside Margie Mays and Nick Merico. She sang “Say Something” by A Great Big World, ft. Christina Aguilera and was told that she had advanced.

For the duet, Gabriela was paired with Elyjuh Rene called “Kimlyjuh” and they sang Stay by Rihanna, ft. Mikky Ekko. Both of them advanced.
