A native of Freeport, New York, Jane C. Ginsburg is an American attorney who works as the Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law at the Columbia Law School.
She is also the director of the law school’s Kernochan Center For Law, Media, and the Arts.
