A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, Gottmik is an American drag queen and makeup artist who is well known as a contestant on season 13 of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

She is the first transgender man to ever compete on the show. She is based in Los Angeles, California.

Gottmik’s real name is Kade Gottlieb. Her drag name is a pun on the advertising campaign “Got Milk?” Also, the first part of her last name is “Gott,” the German word for God.

Gottmik RuPaul’s Drag Race

Gottmik is a contestant on season 13 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She is the first-ever transgender man to compete, making her the show’s first AFAB drag queen.

She is also the first contestant on the show to have top surgery while competing and Gottmik was the most followed contestant from Season 13 on Instagram before the season started.

She is the eleventh transgender queen on the show. The rest were Sonique, Stacy Layne Matthews, Carmen Carrera, Lashauwn Beyond, Jiggly Caliente, Kenya Michaels, Monica Beverly Hillz, Honey Mahogany, Gia Gunn, and Peppermint.

Gottmik is, however, the third queen to enter the competition as an out transgender person, after Peppermint in Season 9 and Gia Gunn in All-Stars 4.

She is the second transgender man to compete as a drag queen on any drag reality competition show after Clare Apparently on Camp Wannakiki.

She is also the third transgender man overall in drag reality competition shows as drag king Hugo Grrrl from House of Drag was before them.
