A native of Coshocton, OH, Courtney Crown is an American Edward R. Murrow Award-winning journalist, working for FOX59/CBS4.
Crown attended Westminster College in New Wilmington where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Communications and a minor in Public Relations.
While in college, she enjoyed co-hosting a morning radio talk show with her friend. She also anchored the college’s student-run weekly newscast.

In 2017, Crown won the Edward R. Murrow Award in 2017 for a documentary on the Downtown Rescue Mission. Courtney was part of a team of three that produced a 30-minute special on the help and healing that happens within the walls of the mission.
