A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Ciera Payton is an American actress and writer best known for her role as Lilly Winthrop on BET’s soap opera, The Oval.
Payton has also had roles in television series like The Walking Dead, General Hospital, Graceland, and NCIS. She also played a supporting role as Sylvia in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral.
