Koppel has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Wexner Center for the Arts and the Columbus Jewish Federation. The Wexners have been married since 1993 and have four children together.
Koppel grew up in New York City and attended Barnard College, where she graduated with a degree in history. She then went on to earn her law degree from the New York University School of Law in 1987.
